Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Yutogel ("Platform", "we "us",our") governing your access to and use of the Yutogel website located at https://yutogel.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds into a Player's Account using a supported payment method.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of real money funds out of a Player's Account to a verified payment destination.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount or deposit must be wagered before associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Real Money Play" means wagering using funds drawn from the real money portion of a Player's Account balance, excluding bonus funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Yutogel Services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Yutogel platform.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Yutogel strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years of age for all registered players. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is not met. Any winings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited without exception.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Yutogel platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Yutogel does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws prior to registering or playing.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold only one registered Account on the Yutogel platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, household, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Accounts on Yutogel are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use your account on behalf of any third party, nor may you allow any other person to operate your account for any purpose.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account with Yutogel, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identification number or passport number, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials including your username and password. You agree to notify Yutogel immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. Yutogel shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of security. This feature is available in your account security settings.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Yutogel is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document such as a Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport; (b) proof of current residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months; and (c) a clear selfie photograph holding the identification document.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation upon request may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Yutogel accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), direct bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally processed immediately upon confirmation by the respective payment provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) the daily and monthly withdrawal limits associated with your account tier; and (d) the withdrawal destination matching the verified account holder's name.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Yutogel operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, delay, or refuse any transaction that raises reasonable AML concerns. Players must not use Yutogel for any money laundering activity or financial crime. Any such activity will be reported to relevant authorities and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Bonus & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by Yutogel are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 15x wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be wagered fifteen times in total before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate of 10–20%.

6.3 Maximum Bet Restriction

While bonus funds are active on your account, a maximum single-bet cap applies. Players may not place a wager exceding MYR 50 per spin, round, or bet selection when bonus funds constitute part of the wagering balance. Violation of this restriction may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit, as specified in the relevant promotion. Any bonus funds remaining in your account after the expiry date, together with any wagering requirement conditions attached to them, will be automatically removed. 6.5 Bonus Abuse

Yutogel reserves the right to withold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings in any case where we have reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, betting patterns designed to artificially clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and the use of third-party software or tools to exploit promotional mechanics.

Game Rules & Fair Play

7.1 RNG Certification

All slot games, virtual games, and random outcome games hosted on Yutogel use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published for each game represent the long-term theoretical average and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, server failure, or software malfunction that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, Yutogel reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the relevant wager(s) to the player's account. We shall not be liable for any winings claimed as a result of a technical error that produced an eroneous result.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC, and other competitions, are governed by specific sports betting rules available within the sports section of the platform. Yutogel reserves the right to void any bet where the odds or market information was published in error. Live in-play betting odds are subject to real-time changes and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Yutogel platform:

• Creating or operating more than one registered account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or exploit the platform's games, betting markets, or promotional systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play across multiple accounts to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by Yutogel

Yutogel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where: (a) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information; (c) fraudulent activity is detected; (d) the account is subject to a legal dispute, chargeback claim, or regulatory investigation; or (e) the player fails to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.

In cases of account suspension under legitimate circumstances (i.e., where no fraud or rule violation is found), any remaining real money balance may be withdrawn by the player following the completion of a full account review.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A player may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the Yutogel customer support team. Prior to processing account closure, all pending withdrawals must be completed and any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's last verified payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Yutogel platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software architecture, promotional materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of Yutogel or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Yutogel platform without express prior written consent from Yutogel.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yutogel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or its Services, including but not limited to: gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or emotional distress.

Yutogel's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Yutogel's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

Amendments to Terms

Yutogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification and/or email to the address registered on the account at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Yutogel platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy relating to these Terms or the Yutogel Services shall first be submitted to Yutogel's customer resolution process via the support team as the initial step in dispute resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal resolution process, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
